I’m delighted to introduce my four-week coaching program, Re-awakening to the Natural World. These are four individual sessions, completed over one month.
In this course we are exploring listening practices with the Natural World, in specific places where we live. These practices bring you into deep stillness, so that you can hear inside, and outside of you.
This short course distills what I have learnt in my PhD listening research and my own decades of zen and songwriting practice. Ultimately though, in this work, Country is your teacher. Your relationship with Country is lifelong, and the tools you learn – and those you develop yourself – will remain with you in that journey.

We are leaving behind the old paradigm of separation. Many will choose to continue in the usual way, with their sensory amnesia unchallenged. You can remain under the spell of modern life, or you can take a listening journey that unlocks ways of knowing that are dormant in your DNA. When we wake these, magic happens, and your whole understanding of who you are changes.
